A new identity was introduced as the cornerstone of the rebranding campaign. The new logo is a variation of the simple spiral, a form found in nature and a mainstay of sacred geometry. Used extensively in traditional Ukrainian folk art, the spiral represents the evolution of the CAAU mission and a perpetual pathway into the future. The center of the spiral forms an eye or sun, speaking to vision and vitality. The vibrant colors—blue sky of Ukraine and orange bounty of California—represent the deep connections between the two communities. Simple decorative elements are woven together into a dynamic tapestry that suggests that many small acts can have lasting benefit and contribute to a brighter future.
